See how this company is developing new technology, creating new jobs and breaking norms.

You know that new sound you're looking for? Well, listen to this!

What’s going on

JetZero, a California-based startup pioneering blended-wing body (BWB) aircraft, has officially selected Greensboro, North Carolina—as the site for its first U.S. factory. The company plans to invest $4.7 billion and expects to create over 14,500 jobs between 2027 and 2036, making it the largest job commitment in North Carolina’s history. The factory will build JetZero’s Z4, a 250-seat blended-wing jet with a 5,000 nautical mile range and up to 50% better fuel efficiency than traditional airliners

What it means for you

With JetZero joining Boom Supersonic and Honda Aircraft in the region, Greensboro is positioning itself as a national hub for aerospace careers. That means more opportunities, from entry-level roles to advanced positions in next-gen aircraft manufacturing and support.
